At Foundry Condominiums, we offer a diverse range of floorplans, from 1 to 4-bedroom condos, within our industrial, eco-friendly residential complex. Unit sizes range from 800 to over 1,500 square feet, ensuring options for various needs. Each condo is equipped with modern amenities, including a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and other appliances, as shown in our floorplans. We currently have units available on multiple floors of our multi-level building.
If you’re interested in a specific unit, we’d be happy to schedule a tour and answer any questions you have about the space, our community, and shared amenities. Please note that, while we strive to keep everything available, there may be times when a unit is temporarily unavailable due to circumstances such as new ownership or other unforeseen situations. In these cases, we’ll gladly offer a tour of other units with similar floorplans.
Originally completed in 1903, this historic building was home to the American Type Founders, a pioneer in printing and typesetting technology during the early 20th century.
In 2005, The Foundry was transformed into residential loft-style condos, offering modern living in the vibrant Jersey City area with expansive views of the surrounding region, outside of New York City. While staying up-to-date with city codes and safety standards, we also honor the rich history of The Foundry, making it a truly unique building you won’t find anywhere else in Jersey City.
At Foundry Condominiums, the safety of our residents is a top priority. We offer gated access to ensure that all owners have exclusive entry, providing a secure environment without the need to share space with the public.
Pets are allowed at Foundry Condominiums! While we accept most cats and dogs, exotic pets will have to be discussed with Foundry complex management.
Yes! We do have a parking garage in addition to a parking lot available for our residents. New owners will be given one assigned garage space. Any additional spaces will need to be discussed with management of The Foundry.
At Foundry Condominiums, we have a concierge with a doorman and a mailroom in which your packages and any additional mail will arrive at.
